Professional management of your (second) home in Andalusia
After you have bought a house in the sunny south of Spain through Second Home Andalusia, there are always things that need to be arranged.
If it's a house you're going to live in permanently, you can of course do all sorts of things yourself but if you need help and advice with that, it's good to know that we, Martin and Aletta de Vries of De Vries Property Services, are happy to help you improve your house or give it your own touch. We have been working in the Canillas de Aceituno area for eight years and in those years we have built up a solid network of reliable contractors, electricians, plumbers and gardeners, among others.
In case your purchase involves a second home that you yourself want to visit a few times a year or rent out to make some returns, then you definitely need someone to take care of all sorts of things on the spot for you. To contact local gardeners or cleaners yourself will take a lot of time and the language is also an obstacle in most cases; Spaniards speak very little English or any other language. Again, we are happy to help you arrange all kinds of things for you or solve problems when you are not there yourself.
For instance, we can make sure the house is cleaned by our team of Spanish cleaners and the bed linen and towels are nice and washed and ironed. How nice it is to arrive in a clean house with fresh bedding to immediately enjoy your dream home under the Spanish sun!
If you rent out your house, we can meet guests at a meeting point and accompany them to your house where we welcome them, hand over the keys and show them around. Furthermore, we arrange for the pool and garden to be maintained as you like it. During the rental period, Aletta is the point of contact for guests if they need help, for example if something breaks or even if they need a doctor.
