The boulevard of Torre del Mar is adorned by a lush park with a promenade of 4.5 km long with a wide bike path that connects the rest of the coastal road N340 to Nerja.
The beach of Torre del Mar has an area of 2,000 meters and is ideal for a visit with the family, because it offers all kinds of entertainment and services. It has been awarded Q quality, an award that is awarded to beaches that, according to the Tourism Quality Institute, offer good service to tourists. In 2018 it received the blue flag.
A kids' area has recently been built, right next to the rescue station, where children can enjoy slides, swings and other play equipment and where they can play with other children in a safe environment.
