We felt the need to post a review because we were extremely well looked after by Second Home Andalusia both during the purchase process and afterwards.

Without the guidance of Caroline, Malcolm and Marita there is a very good chance that we would not have found a home in this region of Spain. They knew exactly which paths we could and should take to make the purchase in a country that was unfamiliar to us.

However, their services do not stop after the purchase. Even after we still regularly deal with Second Home. For example, we have outsourced the management and maintenance of the property to Malcolm & Caroline. In practice they do this with all their love and attention. That gives us a good feeling because we do not live in Spain.

All team members have a good understanding of the Spanish language as well so that the necessary communication regarding our property goes through them.

Furthermore, Malcolm and Caroline live in very close so they know the locals and know what works, and what not. We can confidently recommend everyone to go with Second Home Andalusia. The team is reliable, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly; they are nice and very pleasant people.
