A second home in Sayalonga
Buying a house abroad is always very exciting, with many unknown factors that easlily could cause headaches for the buyer. When we came into contact with Martin de Vries of Second Home Andalusia in June 2022, we knew that we had fallen into good hands. With his calm and level-headed manner, we were able to realise our new 'second home' relatively quickly.
Martin accompanied us through the entire process and also showed us properties that were not in his own portfolio. Finally, through the lawyers of Lex Iuris, we could safely reach our goal.
Everything went so quickly and smoothly that we were able to spend our first family holiday in our new house in Sayalonga as early as August.
