Overview

It's only  35 minutes to drive down to the beach of Torre Del Mar to be eating freshly caught fish and within an hour you are in the center of Málaga or the airport.

DESCRIPTION

The accommodation is distributed over two floors and the main entrance is from the street which leads into the living room (4.40m x 2.80m) with log burning stove, electric wall heater and TV. A small passageway accesses the lobby area (4m2) with washing machine and storage cupboards. From here one enters the fully tiled shower room (1.3m x 2.45m).

Stairs from the lobby lead up to the fully fitted kitchen and dining area (5.60m x 3.50m), which has air conditioning and an electric wall heater as well as an attractive log burner.

The sizable double bedroom (4.50m x 2.90m) is accessed from the dining area and features air conditioning, a ceiling fan and electric wall heater. There is plenty of space here for added cupboards and storage. In addition the flue pipe from the log burner below helps to heat the bedroom on cold winter nights.

From the kitchen, stairs lead to the roof terrace (20m2) with impressive views over the village to the Natural Park and La Maroma to the north and to the south the Mediterranean can be seen in the distance. This area is perfect for sunbathing, wining and dining or simply to spend some quiet time soaking up the village atmosphere.

IN SHORT

Casa Calle Tenerias 14 would make an ideal holiday home as well as being suitable for full time living. Its location is within walking distance to the center of Sedella and to the natural park. The beach at Torre del Mar is a 35 min drive and Malaga is a 1 hour drive away.

NOTE

It could be possible (with permissions) to construct a further floor and add, for example, an ensuite master bedroom with roof terrace above, thereby enhancing the living space and the already impressive views.
