Property for Sale
Our goal is to help you find your dream home from all the properties that are for sale in the Axarquia area of Andalusia, in which we specialize. We have no shop window or many houses for sale in our portfolio because we believe in personal attention and tailor-made offers; therefore we normally work on a specific request basis. The houses you see here are 'special' in one way or another: full of character, built or renovated to a high standard, having great views or are set in nice locations. On top of that, they have passed a first legal check. Take a look and let us know how we can help you further.
Casa Narciso, Sedella
Overview
NEW: Casa Narciso is a large townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located in a quiet street within walking distance to the plaza in the pretty white village of Sedella. With some updating it could make a wonderful home. There is also an underbuilt needing complete renovation which was the original house consisting of living accommodation as well as a wine press and stables. This could be converted into a guest house for friends and family or for holiday rentals. The views from the roof terraces are amazing and it would be a perfect place for a rooftop plunge pool!
Sedella is very much an authentic pueblo blanco with the The Natural Park of the Sierra de Tejeda Mountain range on the doorstep offering plenty of hiking opportunities including one of Andalusia's new highlights, the 'El Saltillo' trail between Sedella and the neighbouring village of Canillas de Aceituno, where you will cross one of the three longest suspension bridges in Spain. It's only 40 minutes to drive down to the Mediterranean beach of Torre Del Mar to be eating freshly caught fish and within an hour you are in the center of Málaga or the airport.
At Restaurante El Chiringuito, Victor prepares freshly cooked lunches & dinners as well as breakfasts. There are two bars on the plaza where you can enjoy tapas and snacks with a glass of wine while watching the world go by. Bar El Chiringuito de Rafa opens in the summer months. The well-stocked supermarket caters for all your needs. There is a fully equipped gym, children's playground and a municipal pool for the summer months as well as a visitor centre with an exposition on the flora & fauna of the natural park. It's a common sight to see the goats along the mountain road as well as mules which are still used by the locals to plough the land!
