SOLD: Finca la Cencerra (meaning sound of the goat bells) used to be an old ruin and around 20 years ago has been lovingly restored by the owners. Finca la Cencerra is reached via a well-maintained dirt track off the mountain road and is around a five-minute drive from the traditional Moorish white village of Sedella. The gated driveway has space for several vehicles, from where we can enter the property via a wooden door into a hallway, turning right giving access to the main accommodation.

We enter into the cozy lounge area (15m²) with rustic shelving and a log burner and a window, looking out on the pool terrace. To the right there is an original archway taking us into the kitchen/dining area (15.75m²) with a door leading out to the terrace. From the kitchen there is a small hallway giving access to the master bedroom (15.35m²) with built-in wardrobes, guest bedroom (13.10m²) with French doors leading onto the terrace and between the bedrooms a family bathroom (4.40m²) with full length bath and overhead shower.

Back to the main hallway, we take a right which leads us to the spacious, airy sala 18.85m² (third bedroom or can be used as a lounge) with attractive wooden storage cupboards, log burner for the winter months and a bathroom en suite (5.10m²) with full length bath and overhead shower. There are French doors leading out to the pool terrace.  

At the end of the hallway there is also a handy store cupboard.

At the rear of the property there are two store rooms, one large (7.95m²) and one smaller (4.50m²) and the gas boiler room (3.40m²) with a reserve water tank and pump. There is also a covered wood store.

Walking around to the front of the property leads us to the secluded pool area surrounded with terracotta tiling and a lovely seating area with a constructed wall and bench seat. There is also a built-in BBQ. 

The front of the main house has a large terrace area off from the kitchen, half of which has a beautiful grapevine for shade, with plenty of room for dining and wining. From here you can gain access into the sala / third bedroom via French doors.
