Overview
The finca has been constructed in the traditional Andalusian style with locally sourced natural materials, terracotta floor tiles, wooden windows, shutters, doors and ceiling beams and is brimming with character and the warmth of a country home.

FLOORPLAN
You approach Casa Ira through double gates and into a gravel drive and space for several cars, but it also have a car port to your left.
The main entrance is through a substantial Andalusian door which opens into a small hallway. To your left is the comfortable master bedroom with a large built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and open aspect to the front of the finca. As you leave the master bedroom you find on your left the bathroom with marble sink unit, toilet, wet room shower and a full size bath.
On your left, as you exit the bathroom, is the open plan modern kitchen, diner and lounge.
