We were very impressed with the approach adopted by Caroline and Malcolm of Second  Home  Andalusia for marketing our property and their approach resulted in a quick almost hassle-free overall sales experience. By getting to know the equirements and objectives of both buyers and sellers, this resulted in less wasted time and unnecessary viewings. They do their research first! 

Our property was well researched and marketed and within days of being published viewings had taken place and even several overseas buyers showed an immediate interest.  

A price was agreed early for the sale, the Private contract was concluded quickly and although the final completion date was to prove a lengthy process due to the buyer’s wishes to have time to finalize their plan in the USA, the team worked “overtime” keeping both parties on course for a satisfactory conclusion.
