A friend nearby is better than a brother far away. This is how the sales process of my house in Magiaza Campo in Riogordo began.

Through Peter and Marina of Finca Gordo, I was introduced to Martin, Caroline and Malcolm of Second Home Andalusia. After an 18-year relationship and a divorce just behind me, there I was with a beautiful house and a very nice garden in the campo of Magiaza in Riogordo. Far too big for someone living there alone.

Through Peter and Marina of Finca Gordo (my neighbours), contact was made with Martin. Followed a few days later by the visit of Malcolm, Caroline and Martin himself. The visit was overwhelming. They were raving about the house to be sold and the place in the campo. After that, everything went furiously fast. Many tips and suggestions were offered to me to help give the house and the place the look it deserved. When I look back at everything, it seems like a movie. In which Second Home Andalusia directed everything to perfection. Smooth and modern communication ensured that this whole complex process went smoothly.
