Property for Sale
Our goal is to help you find your dream home from all the properties that are for sale in the Axarquia area of Andalusia, in which we specialize. We have no shop window or many houses for sale in our portfolio because we believe in personal attention and tailor-made offers; therefore we normally work on a specific request basis. The houses you see here are 'special' in one way or another: full of character, built or renovated to a high standard, having great views or are set in nice locations. On top of that, they have passed a first legal check. Take a look and let us know how we can help you further.
Casa Almendra, Alcaucín
Overview
NEW: Casa Almendra is a spacious 4-bedroom 2-bathroom country villa with excellent access, located above the Moorish white village of Alcaucín. From the property you can soak up the panoramic views over the unspoilt green valley, the pine forests of the Sierra Tejeda and, in the distance, the turquoise waters of Lake Viñuela.
The village of Alcaucín is just a short drive away and offers all necessary amenities, such as bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Puente Don Manuel is an 8-minute drive and provides additional facilities including a post office, supermarkets, a popular butcher, bakery, bars and restaurants, and a beauty salon. The Sierra Tejeda Natural Park is within walking distance, offering many wonderful hiking routes.
Every November, Alcaucín celebrates its chestnut festival (Fiesta de la Castaña), a traditional event where the Town Hall offers food, wine and of course roasted chestnuts to visitors. There are stalls selling local products and live entertainment in the evening. In August, the village hosts a lively three-day summer fair featuring flamenco, parades, live bands and fireworks.
