Property for Sale
Our goal is to help you find your dream home from all the properties that are for sale in the Axarquia area of Andalusia, in which we specialize. We have no shop window or many houses for sale in our portfolio because we believe in personal attention and tailor-made offers; therefore we normally work on a specific request basis. The houses you see here are 'special' in one way or another: full of character, built or renovated to a high standard, having great views or are set in nice locations. On top of that, they have passed a first legal check. Take a look and let us know how we can help you further.

The newer house, Casa Belotta has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is built in a rustic style with beamed wooden ceilings and sits above with its own access, also enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside. Both properties are surrounded by nature and attractive garden areas with established Mediterranean planting.
The properties are located between the traditional white villages of Salares and Archez (both a five-minute drive away) where you can see the original Moorish church bell towers reflecting the history of the area. Every September Salares celebrate their history with a Moorish Festival, Al-Sharq, where the locals dress up in Arabic attire and you can enjoy North African food, mint tea and watch displays of falconry as well as belly dancing and live music late into the night!
There are small supermarkets and restaurants in both villages. Archez has a very popular restaurant Venta El Curro specializing in Argentinean beef cooked on a BBQ / spit. The area is well known for its hiking opportunities as the property is located close to the Natural Park of the Tejeda, Almijara & Alhama.
The popular vibrant white village of Cómpeta is only a 20-minute drive away offering many amenities including outdoor adventure companies, public swimming pool, banks, fuel station, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and tapas bars as well as a weekly market selling all the local artisan products, fresh fruit & vegetables etc.
