Overview

NEW: Finca La Dehesa is a house full of character in Triana, (municipality of Vélez-Málaga). The Spanish owners built the house themselves, with love and dedication. The main house is compact and has everything it needs: 2 bedrooms, a spacious, bright kitchen with pantry, a bathroom and a cozy lounge with wood-burning stove. The Finca can be reached in 3 ways, the easiest way is via a tarmac and paved road to the house with the exception of the last 400 metres which is on a well-travelled dirt country road. The villages of Los Romanes and La Viñuela are about a 5-minute drive away; here you will find all the amenities you need such as supermarkets, bakeries, medical care, nice bars and restaurants.  
   
There are plenty of sporting opportunities nearby, including various water sports on Lake Viñuela. Despite its rural character, the Finca is just under 20 minutes from Torre del Mar beach and only 45 minutes from the airport. The enclosed plot gives 360º panoramic views of enchanting Andalusian countryside and the villages of Benamocarra and Iznate. In good weather, the Mediterranean Sea is clearly visible. At the very top of the Finca, you have stunning views of Lake Viñuela. 

DESCRIPTION INSIDE

An electric gate gives access to the Finca to a paved driveway and a pergola where several cars can be parked. On the left you see a large terrace with the casita (6 x 4 m), now used as a guest room with bathroom and air conditioning and preparations to turn it into an independent apartment. 

Next you come to a cozy covered porch (7x2,25m) as the entrance to the main house. The porch /veranda continues around the corner to the left along the entire side of the house. From here you have a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen. 

The lounge/dining room (approx. 23m2) has a built-in stove and high wooden window frames with shutters, giving you indoor contact with the surrounding nature. Directly to the left you will find the master bedroom (3.5 x 3.5m) and a smaller bedroom (3.5 x 2.5m). Opposite is the bathroom (5m2) that consists of a large shower, sink and a toilet.

The pool (approx. 28m2) has a spacious terrace all around with a large outdoor kitchen with 2 sinks, electricity for the fridge and a large built-in BBQ. All sides of the outdoor kitchen have retractable awnings for the necessary shade in summer.
