The coast at Torre del Mar is a 30 minute drive and you can be in the vibrant city of Málaga in just 50 minutes. The natural park of the Sierra Tejeda is a 500 meters walk so there are plenty of hiking opportunities on the doorstep! The views from the house are simply stunning, overlooking the valley of Alcaucín, the mountain ranges and Lake Viñuela in the distance.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a winter room with glass curtains offering extra living space to enjoy the sunshine in the colder months. The terrace around the house offers plenty of nice spots to sit and take in the views and glorious sunsets, a pretty tiled Moorish fountain helps create that peaceful atmosphere!
There is plenty of space around the kidney shaped pool to sit or lounge in the sun or shade.
The property has a gated concrete drive with space for several vehicles.
DESCRIPTION
From the gated drive you have access to an area at the back of the house with a couple of store rooms. A pretty arched gateway takes you through to the front entrance of the house with a traditional wooden door. Walking around to the front of the property, the terrace opens up with plenty of seating areas and nice shady corners as well as established mediterranean gardens. The pool is located at the side of the house with a pretty corner pergola offering a shady place to sit and read a book or have a glass of vino and take in those amazing views.
Returning to the front door you enter into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage cupboards, from here you have access to the winter room. The spacious lounge/dining area has a log burner for the winter months and two sets of double sliding doors give access into the winter room.
A door from the lounge takes you into the master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite.
Back in the lounge, a brick archway leads you into a hallway where there are two guest bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom.
