Property for Sale
Our goal is to help you find your dream home from all the properties that are for sale in the Axarquia area of Andalusia, in which we specialize. We have no shop window or many houses for sale in our portfolio because we believe in personal attention and tailor-made offers; therefore we normally work on a specific request basis. The houses you see here are 'special' in one way or another: full of character, built or renovated to a high standard, having great views or are set in nice locations. On top of that, they have passed a first legal check. Take a look and let us know how we can help you further.
Casa La Roca, Sedella
Overview
NEW: Casa La Roca (house of rock) is situated in a quiet street in the pretty white village of Sedella. As the name suggests, this very old house is literally built on rock which you can see clearly at the foot of the property! This spacious house needs updating but is not a full renovation project as the building is in sound condition. The Spanish owners still use it some weekends and whenever there is a "fiesta" in the village.
It features 4 bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a rustic traditional kitchen and lounge area. The roof terrace is huge with fabulous views over the village to the church tower and up to the mountains and hillsides.
Sedella offers all facilities needed in the village itself including a restaurant, two bars and a " Chiringuito" (open air bar) for the summer months, there is also a country restaurant a 5-minute drive from the village where Manolo prepares a selection of meat & fish on his wood fired BBQ!
Situated below La Maroma, the highest mountain in the Axarquia region, this house gives walkers and mountain bikers direct access to the natural beauty of the surrounding hills and countryside.Sedella has a municipal swimming pool, fully fitted gym, football pitch and padel court. In addition, there is also a visitor centre with an exhibition of the flora and fauna found in the natural park as well as a small gift shop.
It's only 40 minutes to drive down to the beach of Torre Del Mar to be eating freshly caught fish and within an hour you are in the center of Málaga or the airport.
