Casa Toni is distributed on two floors.The property is accessed via a beautiful old wooden door leading into the rustic style kitchen (2.10 x 3.75m)  with an original beamed ceiling. From the kitchen there is a small hallway with a storage area leading to the bathroom (2.25 x 2.45m) and steps from the hallway take you down into the lounge (4.60 x 2.85m) with a log burner for cozy winter evenings. French doors open out onto the patio with a brick arch leading into a storage area (total area 5.30 x 3.80m).

Steps from the lounge take you up to the first bedroom (3.55 x 2.80m) with two pairs of french windows with balconies. Back in the kitchen, a set of stairs take you up to the light and bright second bedroom (4.20 x 2.75m) with french windows and balconies (the current owners are using this room as a second lounge).
