Casa de Madera is situated close to the two pretty white villages of Sedella and Salares, the beach at Torre del Mar is a 40 min drive and you can be in the city of Málaga in around a one hour drive.

OUTSIDE: Casa de Madera is located on a short track, approx 2 min drive from the main mountain road. It has a gated entrance with a gravel drive and parking for several vehicles, the plot is totally fenced in with many trees and shrubs including Almond, Olive, Lemon, Fig and Apple. Just off the driveway at the front of the property is the swimming pool (5.5 × 3.5m) surrounded by a large terracotta tiled terrace area (108m2), there is a built in BBQ and an attractive tiled shower cubicle. Going around the side of the property there is an entrance to the kitchen and a handy outside store room (2.90 x 2.30m).
INSIDE: Casa de Madera is build on one level. We enter the property through the front door into the open plan dining and lounge area (33m2) with ceiling fans and a pellet stove. From here there is access to the large covered porch and pool area via french doors.
