It has a gated entrance with a gravel drive and parking for several vehicles, the plot is totally fenced in with many trees and shrubs including Almond, Olive, Lemon, Fig and Apple. Just off the driveway at the front of the property is the swimming pool (5.5 × 3.5m) surrounded by a large terracotta tiled terrace area (108m2), there is a built in BBQ and an attractive tiled shower cubicle.
