DESCRIPTION

To the left is the rustic style kitchen with attractive wooden cupboard doors and granite worktop. To the right is the lounge area with a log burner for the winter months and an attractive original wall niche. A couple of steps up from this area takes you into the dining room (4.50 x 2.0m).
Stairs from the dining room take you up to a landing giving access to the double bedroom (3.15 x 2.60m) with built-in wardrobe and a spacious family bathroom (3.35m2). There is a small courtyard that can be accessed from the bedroom. This area could be covered and used for storage but you also make it into an oasis of plants.
A further flight of stairs takes you up to the summer lounge/second bedroom (3.40 x 2.55m) with a built-in storage cupboard. From here there is access onto the roof terrace (3.20 x 2.65m) where it would be very easy to create an outside kitchen/BBQ area.
