DESCRIPTION
Casa Julie is distributed over three floors. The front door leads you into the kitchen/lounge area (5,85 x 2.60m). To the left is the rustic style kitchen with attractive wooden cupboard doors and granite worktop. To the right is the lounge area with a log burner for the winter months and an attractive original wall niche. A couple of steps up from this area takes you into the dining room (4.50 x 2.0m).
Stairs from the dining room take you up to a landing giving access to the double bedroom (3.15 x 2.60m) with built-in wardrobe and a spacious family bathroom (3.35m2). There is a small courtyard that can be accessed from the bedroom. This area could be covered and used for storage but you also make it into an oasis of plants.
A further flight of stairs takes you up to the summer lounge/second bedroom (3.40 x 2.55m) with a built-in storage cupboard. From here there is access onto the roof terrace (3.20 x 2.65m) where it would be very easy to create an outside kitchen/BBQ area.

It is close to all the amenities in the village including a weekly market, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant. You can be eating fish on the beach at Torre del Mar in 40 minutes and exploring the beautiful city of Malaga in an hour's drive.
