RESERVED: Casa Chumbo has been designed with the Mediterranean style of outdoor living in mind but also takes advantage of natural resources and features solar panels for heating the water. For the winter months there is under floor heating throughout. From the parking area (approx. 40m²) wooden steps guide you down to the front door of the property.

The pool (5 x 3 m) and terrace area (40m²) are surrounded by a decorative metal balustrade from where you have fabulous views of the hills and countryside and the La Maroma mountain. The main terrace area provides space for a table and chairs and the all important sun loungers with the pool a few steps away.

The covered outdoor kitchen (22m²) just off from the pool area has a BBQ with a sink and large worktop, there are two built in lounge seating areas and plenty of room for a dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining! This area is covered and provides much needed shade from the midday sun.

There are a set of steps beside the pool taking you down to the pool filtration system and from here there is a flat pathway taking you around the house leading to the solar panels and back to the front door .
