This nice Finca is accessed via a fully concreted track, a 2-minute drive from the main mountain road. The driveway to the house leads you to a gravel parking area with room for several vehicles as well as a covered carport and a large garage. Beside the parking area there is a pretty shaded garden area (460m2) with 5 large olive trees.

Walking around to the front of the property there is access to the house via a front porch. The front terrace is split level with seating areas allowing you to take in the beautiful views of the valleys beyond. Walking further around the front of the property we find the wrought iron gates giving access to the interior courtyard (approx. 152m2) where there is an outside kitchen/BBQ area and built-in seating.
