This nice Finca is accessed via a fully concreted track, a 2-minute drive from the main mountain road. The driveway to the house leads you to a gravel parking area with room for several vehicles as well as a covered carport and a large garage. Beside the parking area there is a pretty shaded garden area (460m2) with 5 large olive trees.

Walking around to the front of the property there is access to the house via a front porch. The front terrace is split level with seating areas allowing you to take in the beautiful views of the valleys beyond. Walking further around the front of the property we find the wrought iron gates giving access to the interior courtyard (approx. 152m2) where there is an outside kitchen/BBQ area and built-in seating. There is access to the kitchen from here as well as to the utility room (2.05 x 2.15m2).

An old wooden door takes you out from the courtyard to the side of the property where there is a wooden shed /workshop and built-in wood stores. This area has a stunning view of the mountains so there is a well-appointed bench where you can sit with a glass of wine and take in the dramatic vista! Going around the back of the property, there is another entrance to the kitchen and the boiler room.

Back around to the side of the property again, you take a small pathway down to the impressive swimming pool (15 x 4m) and terrace area (60m2) with a covered pergola and outside shower.
